These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiliapp99 website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all related features (collectively, the "Platform"). To access the full range of jiliapp99 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to all jiliapp99 accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on jiliapp99. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. jiliapp99 may request supporting documentation to verify this information at any time.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. jiliapp99 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Account Verification (KYC): jiliapp99 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or activating certain account features. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, or driver's license) and proof of address.
• Account Closure: You may request the closure of your jiliapp99 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

jiliapp99 supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 PHP unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiliapp99 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on your bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to verified members only. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Withdrawal Processing: jiliapp99 aims to process GCash withdrawals within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. jiliapp99 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Currency: All transactions on jiliapp99 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the member's payment provider.
• Transaction Limits: Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of deposit or withdrawal. jiliapp99 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

jiliapp99 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to verified members who meet the eligibility criteria stated in the specific promotion terms.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are tracked separately. Real money funds are used first in all wagering activity unless otherwise specified.
• jiliapp99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Attempting to exploit bonuses through coordinated betting, arbitrage, or any other method deemed abusive by jiliapp99 will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on jiliapp99 – whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, or sports markets – are subject to the following general betting rules:

• A bet is considered final and binding once it has been confirmed by the jiliapp99 system and a bet reference number has been issued.
• jiliapp99 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical fault or human error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, the decision of jiliapp99's management shall be final, subject to the Platform's formal dispute resolution process.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface.

• Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiliapp99 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of all funds held in the account:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during account verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's systems. Any such errors must be reported to jiliapp99 support immediately.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliapp99 staff or other members through any communication channel.

All content on the jiliapp99 Platform – including but not limited to the jiliapp99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, and audio – is the exclusive intellectual property of jiliapp99 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiliapp99.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the Platform.
• Use the jiliapp99 brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

jiliapp99 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on jiliapp99, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiliapp99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jiliapp99 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, jiliapp99 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered members via email or an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jiliapp99 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms.

The version of these Terms that was in effect at the time a bet was placed or a transaction was made shall govern any dispute arising from that bet or transaction.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, members are encouraged to contact jiliapp99's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jiliapp99 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. The majority of account and transaction disputes can be resolved within five (5) business days through our standard support process.

In the event that an informal resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable regulations.
